Privacybeleid

Receptiq is een persoonlijke recepten-app van APP3. Dit beleid legt uit welke gegevens we verwerken, waarom, en welke rechten je hebt.

1. Verwerkingsverantwoordelijke

APP3 — contact: info@receptiq.app.

2. Welke gegevens we verwerken

Accountgegevens: je e-mailadres en (indien je een wachtwoord instelt) een versleutelde wachtwoord-hash. We bewaren nooit je wachtwoord in leesbare vorm.
Social login: als je aanmeldt met Google of Facebook, ontvangen we van die aanbieder je geverifieerde e-mailadres en een uniek account-ID om je login aan je Receptiq-account te koppelen. We vragen geen toegang tot je contacten, berichten of posts.
Inhoud: de recepten, kookboeken en labels die je toevoegt of importeert.
Technische gegevens: sessietokens en beperkte loggegevens die nodig zijn om de dienst veilig te laten werken.

3. Waarvoor we ze gebruiken

Je account aanmaken, beveiligen en je laten inloggen (ook via een social provider).
Je recepten bewaren en tonen, en de app-functies leveren.
E-mails sturen die nodig zijn voor de dienst, zoals het bevestigen van je e-mailadres.

4. Verwerkers die we inschakelen

Mailgun (EU-servers) voor het versturen van verificatie- en service-e-mails.
Google en Facebook uitsluitend voor de social login die je zelf kiest.

Deze partijen verwerken gegevens enkel in onze opdracht.

5. Bewaring

We bewaren je gegevens zolang je account bestaat. Verwijder je je account in de app, dan wordt het onmiddellijk geblokkeerd voor verdere logins en gemarkeerd voor definitieve verwijdering van je persoonsgegevens.

6. Je rechten (AVG/GDPR)

Je hebt recht op inzage, correctie, verwijdering en overdraagbaarheid van je gegevens, en je kan bezwaar maken tegen verwerking. Je account verwijderen kan rechtstreeks in de app (Instellingen → Account verwijderen). Voor andere vragen mail je hallo@receptiq.app.

7. Beveiliging

Wachtwoorden worden gehasht, verbindingen verlopen via HTTPS en social-login-tokens worden server-side bij de aanbieder geverifieerd voor we een account koppelen.

Privacy Policy

Receptiq is a personal recipe app by APP3. This policy explains what data we process, why, and what rights you have.

1. Data controller

APP3 — contact: info@receptiq.app.

2. What we process

Account data: your email address and, if you set one, an encrypted password hash. We never store your password in readable form.
Social login: if you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive your verified email address and a unique account ID from that provider to link the login to your Receptiq account. We do not request access to your contacts, messages or posts.
Content: the recipes, cookbooks and labels you add or import.
Technical data: session tokens and minimal logs needed to run the service securely.

3. How we use it

Create and secure your account and sign you in (including via a social provider).
Store and display your recipes and provide app features.
Send service emails such as email-address confirmation.

4. Processors we rely on

Mailgun (EU servers) for sending verification and service emails.
Google and Facebook solely for the social login you choose.

These parties process data only on our behalf.

5. Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account in the app, it is immediately blocked from further sign-ins and marked for final removal of your personal data.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, delete and port your data, and to object to processing. You can delete your account directly in the app (Settings → Delete account). For anything else, email hallo@receptiq.app.

7. Security

Passwords are hashed, connections use HTTPS, and social-login tokens are verified server-side with the provider before we link any account.
